How to Return

  1. Contact us at simran@sorahouse.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Let us know your order number and reason for return
  3. We will confirm your return request by email
  4. Send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days

Conditions

  • Items must be returned in unused, unwashed condition with all original packaging
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
  • We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit
