How to Return

- Let us know your order number and reason for return
- We will confirm your return request by email
- Send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging
- Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days
Conditions
- Items must be returned in unused, unwashed condition with all original packaging
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
- We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit
